At TOHO animation Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official apparel and merchandise. If your item is defective or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided the items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fashion items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
